Supmentinc ships orders using tracked delivery whenever available. After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information at the email address used during checkout.

Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During high-volume promotions, processing may take slightly longer.

Estimated Delivery Time After processing, most orders are delivered within 4–8 business days, depending on the destination and carrier. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or address issues.

Shipping Costs "Free U.S. shipping is included on all orders. International shipping costs, if applicable, are calculated and shown at checkout before payment is completed."

Incorrect Shipping Information Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact support@supmentinc.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has begun processing.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, please check with neighbors, household members, your building office, and the carrier first. If you still need help, contact us and we will assist with the next steps.
