How to Request a Refund Email support@supmentinc.com with your order number. We will process your refund within 5–7 business days of confirmation. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

After 30 Days Requests received after 30 days of delivery are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
